Pause, cancellation & membership support
Request a pause, request a cancellation, or ask for contact-first support before making a final decision. All requests are reviewed by the Nexus team before confirmation.
Process: We first confirm receipt of your request. Nexus then reviews it manually and sends a second confirmation once the request has been processed or the next step is confirmed.
Support Terms
- 30 days notice is required for all cancellations.
- A $20 administration fee applies where relevant.
- Pause requests require notice and are reviewed before approval.
- Submitting this form does not automatically pause or cancel your membership.
