Your first visit
- Arrive 15 minutes early and let our team know you’re here.
- Wear comfortable training clothes and bring a water bottle.
- For striking or MMA, ask us about gloves and a mouthguard before your first class.
- Our team will guide you from your first visit.
Arrival & parking
- 293–295 Sydney Road, Coburg VIC 3058.
- The academy side of Sydney Road is a clearway from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Avoid parking directly out the front during those hours.
- Check nearby side streets, including Munro, Harding and Reynard Streets, or the Council / Woolworths and Leisure Centre car parks (around a 2–5 minute walk).
- Always check parking signs before leaving your vehicle.

How long is the Foundations Trial?
The current Foundations Trial is one week, beginning from the first visit. The AU$30 booking gives access to eligible classes during the trial. You only need to book the first class.
Which kids class should I choose?
Current booking options are Kids Jiu-Jitsu ages 4–7, Teens Jiu-Jitsu ages 9–14 and Youth MMA ages 9–14. For a child aged 8, or if you’re unsure, speak with our team before booking.
What happens after the trial?
We can help you choose the membership that suits the person training. Adults can choose Core or Performance; the current kids membership is Kids Core. Your trial booking is the first step.
