Membership Support Request

Request a pause or cancellation, or contact us if you need support before making a final decision. You will receive confirmation of receipt, then a second message after review with the exact next step.

Pause vs. cancel — quick guidance

Use the paths below to match your situation. Pause is often the retention-friendly option when life is temporary; cancellation remains available when you are ready to close your membership.

Pause may be better if:

  • you plan to return
  • you are travelling
  • you are managing injury or recovery
  • work, study, or family is temporarily heavy
  • you need short-term breathing room

Cancel may be suitable if:

  • you have fully decided to stop training
  • you do not intend to return in the near future
  • your circumstances have changed long term

Complete your official request

Select pause, cancellation, or contact-first. Add dates where relevant, mirror the details in the embedded form, then submit. Nexus confirms every request manually.

Pause / cancellation dates

Nominate the dates that apply to your request. For a pause, use Pause Date and Start Date (return to training). For a cancellation, use the cancellation effective date field.

Process: We receive your request first and send confirmation of receipt. After manual review, Nexus sends a second confirmation with the final next step.

Support Terms

  • 30 days notice is required for all cancellations.
  • A $20 administration fee applies for pause requests and cancellation requests.
  • Pause requests require 7 days notice.
  • Pauses can be approved for up to 8 weeks at a time.
  • Members may pause approximately 3 to 4 times per year.
