Clear membership, payment, pause and cancellation rules—without legal clutter.
These terms explain how Nexus memberships and trials operate. A parent or legal guardian must agree for anyone under 18. By enrolling, you agree to these terms and the plan details shown before payment.
Membership and payment
Recurring memberships are billed fortnightly in advance to your authorised payment method until they end under these terms. Adult Performance includes the weekly Study Lab. Kids memberships are Kids Core only.
Keep payment details current. Nexus may retry a failed payment and suspend access after reasonable notice while an amount remains overdue.
Pause or cancel
- ✓Pause: 7 days’ written notice, AU$20 fee, up to 3 pauses per membership year and no more than 6 weeks per pause.
- ✓Cancel: one month’s written notice and a AU$20 administration fee. Access and scheduled payments continue during the notice period.
Requests take effect when Nexus confirms them in writing.
Training and conduct
Combat sports and physical training involve risk. Train within your capacity, follow coaching and safety directions, disclose relevant health information, and do not train when medically unfit or impaired. Nexus may suspend participation where reasonably necessary for safety or serious misconduct.
Timetable and access
Timetables, coaches and individual sessions may change for reasonable operational reasons. If Nexus cannot supply a paid service or materially removes the central benefit of a membership, it will provide any remedy required by law.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes a right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Refunds and billing corrections are handled under the Refund Policy.
