The Foundations Trial is a structured four-week onboarding phase designed to establish consistency, confidence, and training clarity from day one. It allows you to experience the Nexus training system properly before deciding on your long-term path.
What’s Included:

•Full access to the adult timetable
•Structured, beginner-friendly onboarding

What to Expect:
Most members train 2–4 times per week during Foundations, building rhythm, understanding, and momentum.
Why Four Weeks:
Four weeks allows real physical and mental adaptation. Unlimited access accelerates learning and builds confidence far more effectively than short or casual trials.
PATH AFTER FOUNDATIONS
A Clear Path Forward
After completing Foundations, members move into Core Training, where skills, fitness, and understanding continue to develop within the same structured system.
For those seeking higher intensity or competition focus, Performance Training is available.
